Thank you for inquiring about a Rompin Paws Rescue Puppy.  This is the online application for submission. Please use a computer, NOT a cell phone or you will not be able to submit this application! You Must fill out EVERY question or the applicatiion will not submit!  we have missed hundreds of applications because people do not fill them out completely. you  should receive an email confirming they submitted the form. Please include outdoor home photos and photos of the yard, fence, gates, and along the base of the fence with the returned application to our email- csalvati123@gmail.com.

Once your application has been submitted, we will review it within 24 business hours, and call with any questions.  If your application is pre-approved, we will send you an email to set up an appointment for a phone interview and a date/time with you to come and meet the dog to be sure it is a good fit. Please understand we receive up to 100 applications a week and cannot respond to all. Adoption Fees  are usually between $495-$650.  Senior dogs vary from $350.00-$495.00. The fee will depend on the age, health, and temperament of that dog. Our ability to help dogs in need heavily weighs on the generosity of the public and their donations as well as the adoption fees of the dogs in our program. In most cases, the medical costs far outweigh the adoption fees. We cannot thank our donors, adopters, and supporters enough; without you, we would not be able to help the large number of dogs we do.

We accept credit cards via PayPal, Venmo, money orders, cash, or certified bank checks for the full adoption fee at the time of placement.  WE DO NOT accept personal checks

Please note,   there is a clause that maintains that any puppies who are mixed with/ or are large breeds, must go through puppy obedience schooling (several levels) then on to pass the Good Canine Citizen Certificate test.  Given that 6 million dogs are still killed in shelters annually and over 1.5 million dogs are dumped in Kill shelters because people don't bother to train their dogs, then get frustrated and get rid of them, we feel it is the responsible thing to do in rescue and adoption.
