Aries Aries is an 10 week old Lab? Dachshund mix puppy. He was dropped off at the shelter as an under aged puppy with his siblings by his owner and left to die. Aries is the smallest sized puppy of the three siblings we rescued. He has gorgeous brindling through a black coat and a white chest. he will be @ 15 estimated lbs as an adult Aries is a very sweet, loving little boy with a Dachshund build. He is calm, yet playful. he loves his chew toys and he loves having puppies to play with. Aries will need a companion animal in the home. He will make an excellent fur friend and he is good with children. Aries is very smart and learns quickly. Aries will do best to attend Dog obedience, as he is smart and it will benefit him Aries is healthy, up to date on vaccines, is neutered, microchipped and comes with a certificate for 30 days of free health insurance

Aries will be an awesome addition to a family that can give him the attention, exercise, training and affection he deserves. OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION: 1) These puppies are not livestock dogs. They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home. 2) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor. 3) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone must also be home at least part of the day. Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not good situation for you or the puppy. 4) We give preference to applicants with prior small breed knowledge/ experiences. 5) Secure visible fencing required. 6) You must have plan in place to socialize your puppy properly. 7) Please do NOT write us and ask if this puppy is available. If it is posted, it is available. BUT, we may be working other applications that came in before yours. If so, by the time you are approved, the puppy may not be available. 8) The FASTEST way to be considered for a puppy is to fill out an application. If you write, it will delay your application and put you to the back of the line. All the persons processing applications are volunteers that have their own dogs, families and job responsibilities. We do our best to get applications done quickly but applications for adult dogs come before puppy applications. There is always someone that will want to adopt a puppy. Health: Aries has been neutered, he is microchipped, current on DHPP, Bordetella. He has been wormed and flea treated, tested negative for heartworm and Parvo History: Aries was dumped in overcrowded shelter in California. Rompin Paws Rescue was asked to help and we are so glad we did. All dogs RPR pulls from California come with health certificates, as required by Washington state Law.

Adoption Fees Adoption fee is 495.00 this covers transport and adoption and medical such as certain vaccines, worming and parasite, and flea/tick control, health certificate and wellness exam, neutering and microchip We bring dogs from up from California. so there are transportation costs for each dog. Then the dogs need to be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, groomed, and sometimes boarded if we can't place them in a foster, or set up at the adoption facility in Arlington, Also, we don't receive any grants so we rely solely on adoption fees and donations to fund all of our rescue efforts. Finally, we take on "Special Needs" dogs with high vet costs and pay for their procedures with 'leftover' funds from adoption fees for healthier dogs. About Rompin Paws Rescue

RPR was established in April, 2015. we placed 400 dogs in our first year of operation in a small facility on Acreage in Arlington Washington. We have a few local fosters and seek to increase our foster base in order to save more lives Come Meet Our Pets...We have a home based operation on Acreage in Arlington and Our dogs are placed in foster homes around the greater Seattle/I-5 Corridor North to Arlington area where they receive socialization and training while they await adoption.Our Adoption Process...Since we have a small facility on gated acreage, we are unable to stay open to anyone who wishes to come visit. To facilitate successful adoptions we ask interested people and families to fill out an application for the dog or dogs they may be interested in. We screen the applications and then speak with the interested party by phone.
