BILLY BUG

Sweet Little 7 Lb Billy Bug, is a 6  year old Yorkie Terrier who was running the streets for a several weeks and no one could catch him. One day a large dog grabbed him and made a couple puncture wounds. Billy was taken to the vet and fostered by the people who found him and RPR was asked if they could rescue back "LittleBug".  The home had large dogs which kept Billy on edge, but he was not ready to travel yet.

Billy is here now and we are going to put a little more weight on him. Billy has been neutered, had his teeth cleaned a the rotted teeth removed. He is so much happier and is eating well. we have Billy on a human grade diet and add oils and Norwegian Kelp for micronutrieints.

Billy Bug is a sweet boy who is happy to be off the street, safe and well fed. His personality is coming out more and he will need someone who knows and loves small breed dogs, maybe familiar with Yorkies and have the patience to allow him to warm up and come back to the dog he once was.  In the photos he is not groomed, this is due to him being underweight and us not wanting him to experience any body work until he was healed and had more weight to him.  he is now bathed and receives daily brushing. Once he has good weight on him, we may have him professionally groomed.

If you love Yorkies and have time and love to give this little guy, you will be rewarded with his love and loyalty. He is one awesome little dude.
