BLAZE- A Young Maltese-Poodle Male Blaze is a sweet boy who loves to cuddle. He loves playing with other dogs in his Fosters' home. A very laidback, Boy, he seems to love everyone he meets. He is doing very well with potty training. He uses the doggie door. Blaze is still learning about toys, and how to play. and has been enjoying his training treats. He is showing he loves to go bye bye in the car. The vet said he was a Maltese, Not sure if he is mixed with poodle (MaltiPoo) He is neutered, utd on shots and heart worm negative.. Blaze was found running the streets as a stray and was completed matted and filthy. He has been completely groomed, he is in good health, Eating a Human Grade raw food diet, which we would like him to stay on for his long term health and longevity. Blaze will make an excellent addition to a family. he will do best to have a small dog buddy, but can be adopted as an only dog. Healthy dogs: As a rescue saving dogs from starvation, Neglect and Emaciation, RPR focus's on feeding each rescue animal the healthiest dog food made of Human Grade ingredients to help them recover from their stress and starvation. We share this with our adopters and encourage them to keep their new pet on the same foods for optimal health and a long life. Adoption fee is $550.00. This covers transport from California where he was rescued, to the rescue facility here in Arlington, adoption and medical such as certain vaccines, worming, parasite, and flea/tick control, health certificate and wellness exam, Grooming, microchip, Neuter and any extra medical attention a dog may require such as dental, anal gland expression or emergency medical care. Also, we don't receive any grants so we rely solely on adoption fees and donations to fund all of our rescue efforts. Finally, we take on "Special Needs" dogs with high vet costs and pay for their procedures with 'leftover' funds from adoption fees for healthier dogs.
