Chip

Is a gorgeous back and tan-muscley Terrier-Dachshund mix puppy 2.5 months old. Beau and his four Puppy siblings were found abandoned in a field by animal control. she was likely dumped pregnant.

Chip has a very sweet and loving disposition, he is shyer than the rest of his siblings yet super cuddly and likes to snuggle close. He is well socialized with people and other dogs.  Chip is a bit smaller and leaner than his two huskier brothers and will be built a little more like his mom- a dachshund mix. This litter is very intelligent. Chip will be easy to train if started right away in his new home.  We prefer these puppies go to adult only homes. Chip needs another dog in the home for companionship and mentoring. preferable a smaller young adult.

Chip is eating a Human Grade dog food, we would like to see him remain on this level diet and we will educate the adopters in dog nutrition. Chip is very easy going and gets along well with all of the dogs in the rescue. she will likely do well with a dog-friendly, dog savvy cat. Beau needs a small, youngish adult dog in the home for mentoring and companionship, she cannot be an only dog.

Chip has an adoption fee of $595.00. All monies are recycled to save more dogs.    http://rompinpawsrescue.rescuegroups.org/   forms/

Healthy dogs:   As a rescue saving dogs from starvation, Neglect and Emaciation, RPR focus's on feeding each rescued animal the healthiest dog food made of Human Grade ingredients to help them recover from their stress and starvation. We share this with our adopters and encourage them to keep their new pet on the same foods for optimal health and long life.

Adoption fee is $595.00.    Adoption fee include: microchip, current vaccines (DA2PP, rabies, bordatella) de-worming, flea treatment, and heartworm testing.  1 00% of all fees collected are spent on the dogs, we “Save it forward”; so each time a dog is adopted we are allowed to save another. Adoption fees are non-negotiable and are in place to allow thorough care for the dogs.

Adopting a Dog requires  a lot of work and is a commitment! Chip will be an awesome addition to a family that can give him the attention, exercise, training, and affection he deserves.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY/dog ADOPTION:

1) These dogs are not livestock dogs. They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home.

2) We give preference to applicants with prior small breed knowledge/ experiences.

3) Secure visible fencing required.

4) You must have a plan in place to socialize your puppy properly.

5) Please do NOT write us and ask if this puppy is available. If it is posted, it is available. BUT, we may be working other applications that came in before yours. If so, by the time you are approved, the puppy may not be available.

6) The FASTEST way to be considered for a puppy is to fill out an application. If you write, it will delay your application and put you to the back of the line. All the persons processing applications are volunteers that have their own dogs, families and job responsibilities. We do our best to get applications done quickly but applications for adult dogs come before puppy applications. There is always someone that will want to adopt a puppy.

Health:  Chip  has not been neutered, he is too young. An addendum will be required to be sure adopter has him Fixed. H e is microchipped, current on DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies. Nash has been wormed and flea treated, tested negative for heartworm and Parvo

History:  Rompin Paws Rescue was asked to help and we are so glad we did. All dogs RPR pulls from California come with health certificates, as required by Washington State Law.

Adoption:  If you think you have room in your home and heart for Nash please go to our website:  http://rompinpawsrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/

There you will find more information and be able to fill out an adoption application.

We bring dogs from up from California. so there are transportation costs for each dog. Then the dogs need to be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, groomed, and sometimes boarded if we can't place them in a foster, or set up at the adoption facility in Arlington.
