Bear

is a designer breed that is on fire right now in California, and like all designer breeds that back yard breeders are cranking out, the "Extras" get thrown away like trash into fields and neighborhood streets.

Bear was one such throw-away. He was picked up right in front of a rescues house where three dogs were dumped, two ran away and Teddy was trapped in a wildlife safe trap because he was too afraid to be approached.  Bear has been in foster care for a while now and is a happy healthy guy who is full of life and still very much a puppy. He runs and runs and plays for hours with the fosters own "Teddy Bear" dog who is his size.  Bear will do best in a home with a Younger and playful adult dog to help mentor him, teach him manners and be a play buddy. Bear is incredibly intelligent and will also thrive if taken to a behavioral trainer for manners work and general training. He would also really excel at agility training.

If you are familiar with Schnauzers and/o r Poodles and love these breeds, this is a very intelligent mix, friendly, loving, but also fairly high energy, they need mental and physical stimulus and active owners. so if you walk many miles, hike trails, love agility training and are willing to put the time into training Bear, he will be an awesome companion.

Bear has an adoption fee of  $595.00. he is not currently neutered but have scheduled his neuter for may 3rd. He will be microchipped as well. Bear is fully vaccinated and up to date, treated for parasites, de-flead and is Heartworm negative.  All monies are recycled to save more dogs.

All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
