Raeya is a sweet 1-year-old JRT mix relinquished from Oak Harbor, Whidbey Island from an alcoholic woman who did not vet or spay her and let her have puppies when she was a puppy.

Kathy Alford adopted Caleb a year ago and she say Raeya on Fb and asked if she could meet her and foster to adopt. she adopted her today, 9.21.19. We need to get her spayed and finish her vaccines.
