Paco (now Popeye) Was found as a stray puppy wandering the streets for a week or two before someone finally picked him up to protect him. he made his way to Rompin Paws through a couple of rescues in Bakersfield, California and is now in Washington State. Paco is a very sweet and loving little guy. He is very social, playful and cuddly. Paco is very much a Pack dog and will need at least one other, playful younger dog in the home for mentoring and companionship. He may also be adopted with his best puppy buddy-Puddles a Yorkshire-Shih Tzu pup his age that he bonded with-in foster care. Paco is not yet neutered. we prefer to have him done at one year so as to decrease his chance of developing prostate cancer later in life and to allow him his hormones. If adopted out of towne we will make arrangements at adoption for the set date and coverage of his neutering in April of 2020.
