PUDDLES

Is a wonderful, sweet, adorable, playful and very cuddly 6-month-old Dorkie.  A Dorkie is a mix of Yorkshire Terrier and Dachshund.  Puddles was found as a stray wandering the streets of Bakersfield, California. She was advertised, registered with the local shelter and kept online on lost and found sites and no one claimed her. Puddles has been vaccinated, treated for parasites, fed human-grade food and been socialized with many humans and dogs. She is a healthy and loving little girl.

Puddles needs to be adopted into a home with 1 or more younger playful dogs. She is very much a pack dog and loves her dog friends.  She may also be adopted with her new buddy Paco who is her age and her BFF in foster care.

Puddles is a young puppy, so whoever adopts her needs to have time for a puppy, time to train, walk and show a puppy the ropes. She is not for someone who is gone 8 to 10 hours a day, since she really needs to bond with humans, remain social and have mental and physical stimulous. Puddles will do well with another dog(s) and a person who works from home, can take a dog to work or is retired and physically active.
