Whisper Is a sweet 4-month-old Jack Russell-Cairn Terrier mix puppy pulled off a Euthanasia list at a Texas shelter to save her life. Whisper has joined 70 dogs on a cross country trip to Washington so she has a chance to be placed with a real family who will love and adore her for her life. Whisper is currently 6 pounds and will be in the 12-16 pound range as an adult. she is too young to spay so her contract includes an addendum for spaying at 1 year of age. Whisper is a sweet, albeit shy girl who needs a little confidence building as she has been through much for a puppy. We prefer a child-free home or children over the age of 10 who are dog savvy. Whisper takes her cues from other dogs and needs a young adult dog to mentor her and help her rebuild confidence. I.E we would prefer she be adopted into a home that has one or more young adult dogs to mentor her and be her BFF. Whisper is up to date on her vaccines, and has had a full health exam and was given her health certificate to travel. Whisper is too young for her rabies so the adopter will need to be sure she receives this around 6 months of age. Whisper has an adoption fee of $595.00. All fees are recycled to save more lives.
