Lyla

Is a sweet, tiny 5 pound female Chihuahua who was used as a breeding dog and possibly from a puppy mill. Lyla was unable to walk when we first received her due to super long nails that had curled and prevented her from walking. Lyla is being fed Human grade food and super nutrients and she loves her new diet. her nails are trimmed and she is relearning to walk and smiles because she can. we have her on joint supplements and muscle-builder to help her regain strength in her limbs so she can begin to run and play.

Lyla is a young senior. Her body has taken a beating from constant breeding but she is responding to excellent food and nutrition, exercise, massages and love. She will be ready for a loving home soon. RPR will share her diet so she can stay on it for the rest of her life and live in optimal health and for longevity. RPR will spay her as part of the adoption, but we are letting her body heal first before placing her under sedation and surgery.  Lyla may be adopted and can come back to us/our vet, when she is ready for spaying.

Lyla is so happy to be free, not in a cage, able to walk and explore again and receive the love she has never known. she is a wee gentle soul who will reward her adopters with so much love and adoration.  we are seeking chihuahua experienced, small dog, experienced adopters who will lover her for her remaining years and let her know humans can be kind
