Rompin Paws Rescue Presents...

Coco is a sweet 3-year-old Dachshund mix, spayed female. Coco was relinquished to Rompin Paws Rescue when her elderly human went to live in a care home and the dogs became homeless. Coco sister has been adopted and now it is her turn. Coco needs another young small breed and dog friendly to be her BFF. She cannot be an only dog.   Coco loves attention, being on a lap and cuddling and being with her humans as much as possible. she is used to an older male so a retired couple would be perfect or in a home where the humans are around a lot, work from home or can take her to work. she loves the lawn in the yard and sunning herself. Coco is fairly quiet, I am not sure I have heard her bark yet.  Coco is not yet leash trained and we have been unable to test her here at the rescue.  this means she will need a safe yard for potty, so an apartment will not be an appropriate home for Coco.

Coco will always greet you with a happy wagging tail and curl right up for some love and kisses whenever you make yourself available to her, which she hopes is quite often. coco is an indoor-only dog who like to frequent the yard for rolls in the grass and to greet the birds

If you love dachshunds and are seeking a loving lapdog that's Coco. she has been sad and is missing her human dad so we would love to see her placed in a home soon so she can fill that void in her heart and know a family again.

Coco is a chocolate brown and tan mix. Coco is being fed a human Grade and Raw diet. We will Educate her adopters in Canine Nutrition.

All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
