Penny is a sweet 2-year-old Italian greyhound-chi mix adopted by Linzy Bottorf who fostered her, then adopted.   she arrived from Bakersfield via Susan Richardson. Penny Zee was picked up at a store where she sat on the corner waiting for someone to return for her.
