ALLEN,

is a sweet tiny young senior mixed breed dog of approx 6 pounds, who found himself in a very busy shelter through no fault of his own. Perhaps his owners could no longer afford his health care. Allen was rescued with severe dental disease which is all cared for now and his teeth have been cleaned and the rotted removed. He is so happy to be able to eat his food without pain, run around, play and smile again. Allen has a sweet buddy named Hilda he can be adopted with or he will need to be adopted into a home with one or more very dog friendly small dogs. Allen is cute in photos but way more adorable in person. his facial expressions and looks of love are yet to be caught on film. he loves being held like a baby on his back and having his belly rubbed, or falling asleep close to you while having his belly rubbed.

This little guy seems to have had a rough life and we are looking for someone who will totally adore, love and give Allen the best years of his life. Allen is not a couch potato. Allen has slowly been getting back into shape and loves going for walks. He is being fed a Human grade and raw food diet. we are adding joint supplements for horses and muscle up to rebuild he somewhat atrophied leg muscles and its working. Rompin Paws Rescue educates our adopters in species Specific feeding and Human grade/raw dog foods.  Allen is up to date on his vaccines, is neutered, microchipped and has had a complete dental. we will also show adopters how to properly care for his teeth so his teeth will stay pearl;y white and healthy.
