RIDER

Rider was pulled from a shelter when he was going to be Euthanized. Rider is smart and will learn quickly. He is curious, adventurous, loves to run and play and gets along with most of the dogs he has met. He will do well with a buddy he can learn and mentor from and will benefit from a huge yard or acreage to run and play under guidance. He also needs an adopter who will commit to working with a professional trainer or who is a dog trainer who works in Postive reinforcement.

RIDER is a herding dog. He needs a child-free home and would do best being a pet but living on acreage and being able to accompany someone everyday-OR be adopted into an adult only home with super active hikers and outdoor types with trips to the beach and woods frequently and 2-3 miles or more a day of daily exercise and he must have a dog Buddy. Rider is in foster care and walks several miles a day. Rider is in more of a city area at this moment and the city is stress for him, so we are seeking an urban setting, acreage, and Very active owners familiar with this breed who already own an active younger dog to be Riders BFF.

Rider is being fed a Human Grade and Raw Canine diet. We educate our adopters in canine and species-specific nutrition.
