ZOLO

is one of two puppies born to a chihuahua female named Jelly. The family was relinquished to rescue.  Zolo will be ready to go home approx June 30th. Rompin Paws Rescue is listing the puppies now so they have a chance to be seen and we have an opportune time to review applications and screen adopters.  Momma is a Chihuahua. We do not know what breed dad is, but he may have been a rat terrier by the colour of the puppies. Zolo is a boy and Preta is a black female with some white on her paws.  The puppies have had their first vaccine as of this writing, will have their second prior to adoption and their third will be the responsibility of the adopters unless you live close by, then the rescue will provide the 3rd vaccine.

The puppies are being weaned off mom on a Human grade dog food. They will never be fed dry food. Rompin Paws will educate the adopters in proper canine feeding for their health and longevity and avoid the typical health issues associated with dry food (dogs should never be fed kibble-dry food).    Zolo will NOT be adopted as an only dog. only applicants who have one or more dog-friendly small breeds in the home are encouraged to apply.     Puppies need adult dogs to mentor them, train them and be their BFF's. Dogs are pack animals and puppies do best with other dogs to continue their doggie education

To begin the adoption process, please fill out the online application. Zolo has a $650.00 adoption fee. All fees are recycled to save more dogs and pay down our extensive medical costs.

All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
