JASKO, a Chihuahua boy

Do you just love the Chihuahua breeds and are seeking a sweet lapdog to devote your time to?

Jasko is a very sweet, loving 3-year-old Chihuahua mix who along with his siblings, was rescued from a dog hoarder. Jasko is shy to start. When he realizes you are a good human, he will roll over on his back and ask for belly rubs.  Jasko really wants a human he can CALL his own. Jasko is in foster care and has taken to the man in the home. Jasko follows him everywhere and is in his lap whenever he can be. Jasko is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, and healthy.  Jasko weighs just 7 pounds.  We have discovered the Jasko prefers to be the only dog. He may do well with a sweet female but he does not want to be with male dogs.

Jasko is a very submissive, slightly shy boy who adores attention, being held, held on his back while having his belly rubbed. he closes his eyes hard and just melts like he is trying to take it all in. he lives to be loved and to express love back. Jasko will melt the heart of anyone who knows the chi mixes and wants a dog who will love you unconditionally and with all his heart! Jasko will be fine as an only dog or he may do well with a small, friendly female who will not try to dominate him.   Jasko gravitates towards men.

Jasko does not do well with Children, people coming and going, or holiday gatherings. he is from a hoarding situation where he was rarely fed and almost no interactions with outside people. He is true to his Chihuahua side where he bonds to one person specifically while he will share himself with a second person but remain loyal to one, but does not like strangers and may nip their shins. In other words he needs a quiet household with no children and no company coming and going. if there are temporary guests he needs a quiet safe place he can go so he is not stressed and not at risk of biting someone.

Jasko has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition for him and his new buddies. To apply to adopt Jasko she has a $595.00 adoption fee. All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs.

All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
