Sally, A Dachshund Mix

 Sally is approx 8-years-old (chocolate).  Sally is a sweet 8-year-old Chocolate Dachshund mix who was adopted from a shelter 4 years ago, then dumped by her adopters this summer at their pet sitters' home. They are now safe and in rescue being cared for by a wonderful foster while she awaits her forever family. Sally has just had teeth cleaning, is up to date on vaccines, and is being fed a canine-specific, Human-grade diet. 

If you are seeking two very sweet, lovebug Dachshund girl, seek no further, you will be the love of her life.  Sally was sad to be abandoned again so we set her up in a foster home where she has her own small breed pack. Sally was obviously a mom at least once. Sally has taken a 9-month-old puppy named Buddy boy under her wings and they do everything together, including playing for hours. This is keeping sally young, playful, and in good physical condition.  Sally and Buddy Boy make a great bonded pair. She mentors and teaches him and he keeps her happy and playful.  Sally cannot be the only dog. She absolutely needs a very friendly and preferably younger dog to keep her spry and happy. I.E she may be adopted with Buddy Boy, or will need a dog she can be friends with already in the home.

Sally has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
