Did you ever just meet a dog and know she is something special? A pup so special, you could love furever and be your go-everywhere buddy?  Clover is that pup and she would thrive and be in heaven with a person or couple that want a furbuddy they can take everywhere and who loves everyone she meets!  Clover is very socialized with dogs and people. She does have a prey drive towards rabbits and squirrels and will chase them, but otherwise does great when on hikes and down by the lake or at a river swimming. Clover is adventurous, easy to train, and loves car rides. She is a bit rambunctious and puppyish so we recommend adult-only adopters as she is strong for her size. Clover has the most beautiful walking gait, she runs like a gentle tiny horse.  Clover is a mixed breed dog and her DNA test would likely show half a dozen breeds or more. We can identify the Aussie in her, German Shepherd and Staffordshire Terrier.  She is a gentle soul who just wants to be loved                   

Clover learns quickly and will need a trainer with a gentle hand and who specializes in positive reinforcement, zero violence training.

Clover needs a medium to large breed experienced family who will work with our trainer to continue her growth and help her be successful in anything she does so that she can go anywhere and have perfect manners. Clover needs a yard for potty and play with her new buddy dog and will do BEST with adventurous people who walk trails, will take her to the beach, and show her how fun life can be. Clover thrives in a suburban or countryside setting with adventurous humans who will walk her every day, and who have another medium/large breed dog for her to be best friends with. Clover absolutely needs a BUDDY. Her buddy needs to be a calm presence yet playful and youngish, without behavioral issues, who can be her mentor as well.

 Clover is what I lovingly term a "Little Mutt" she is 9 or so months old and seems to have a half dozen breeds in her. I can see the Shepherd, some Staffie Terrier, and many other breeds. She is a sweetheart, loves men and women, has done well with all the medium and large breed dogs she has met so far, and needs a committed adopter who will be sure she is never hurt or abandoned again. No renters please.  We encourage homeowners with a yard and preferably one person in the family who works from home or can take her to work with them or has a farm or ranch she can tag along with all day. She is very much in need of a stable person who really wants a dog who can go everywhere with them.  Clover is an awesome dog who will be your very best friend.

While in our care, Clover will receive more basic training (her foster taught her to sit, down, stay) She is being fed a Human Grade, Canine specific diet with micronutrients for health and strength, Joint supplements, and muscle builder to regain muscle and keep her growth on track. From the abuse from her former human, Clover received a break in the back leg. It is completely recovered and her growth hormones will keep the bones growing strong, so we are holding off from spaying until she is older to maximize her growth potential for strong teeth and bones. We will work with her adopters on a date to have her spayed for optimal health.

Clover has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition for her and her new buddies.

To apply to adopt Clover, she has a $650.00 adoption fee. All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs.

All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
