Pumpkin a Chihuahua mix female                                    Penny is a sweet, 4-year-old Chihuahua mix girl who weighs approx 6-7 pounds. She is initially shy with new humans. Once Penny is home with her new family and has had a few days to decompress, she then becomes a sweet cuddler who wants to be held and sleep close to you at nite. she seems to do really well with puppies and young dogs and likes to have a friendly buddy to play with.

What Pumpkin Needs  
Typical of a Chihuahua mixes, Penny is  very protective of her humans and will bark when strangers come in and shy away from them.
Penny require an adult-only home that does not receive visitations from Children and no children reside in the home. Penny would do well with dog savvy, chihuahua savvy owners who can work to give her more human socializing and lots of UNCONDITIONAL love, patience and Fear-Free training..
 
How Can You Meet Pumpkin

 Pumpkin has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate their adopters on proper diet and nutrition.
