TANNER

Is a gorgeous Miniature Pinscher boy who found himself running on the street with a female dog who did not survive. A kind citizen turned him into the shelter in hopes of reuniting with his Humans but no one claimed him.

Tanner is so happy to be safe and alive. He shows his gratitude every day with tail wags and joyfully eating his meals. He is such a lover. Tanner really wants a family of his own. he is a high-energy guy which is standard for his breed. Tanner will need someone willing to keep him happy with loads of exercise and walks and stay with our recommended diet of Human Grade dog food for his health and longevity.

Tanner will make a wonderful companion for someone who works from home or is retired and has time for him. He also seems to do really well with other friendly small breed dogs, so if you have a sweet young dog in need of a companion, tanner may be the one. Someone gave Tanner love and training. when i say up he gets up on his back legs so I can pick him up. he wears a belly band like he knows what iut is, is well mannered and loves his back scratched. he likes to be held and look out from his arm perch. This guy is personality plus. He gets along with all of the dogs here at the rescue as well.

he would do well with a companion dog as his buddy was killed and he seemed lonely until he arrived here.

Tanner  has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen.
