SADIE

Is a sweet and very energetic playful puppy of 10 months. Sadie was found on the side of the road in a black garbage bag with two of her sibling who did not make it. She’s estimated to be between 8-10 months old. Besides going through that trauma Sadie is a happy fun full of energy little dog. She most definitely needs an active family and would benefit from having another little dog to play with. Sadie knows how to use the doggy door and walks well on a leash. She would also benefit from some puppy classes. She can be a little stubborn when you call her to come to you. Sadie loves to cuddle with you on the couch and loves to be next to her person at bedtime. She gets along with all dogs and has no problems with cats but may irritate them a little but not mean at all.    She’s a friendly little dog.   Debbie-Sadies Foster did yher DNA test she is Mostly Poosle-42% and Aussie shepherd and Aussie Heeler 32% along with Bischon Frise and Chihuahua. she likes to herd her dog friends and grab my pant legs in play and now we know why. She is an awesome, loving, and friendly dog and a loyal companion.

Sadie weighs approx. 11.2 pounds, she was spayed the first week of February, she is up to date on her vaccines and healthy. Sadie is housebroken, however, she needs a professional trainer to be hired by the adopter from our recommended trainer list as she is super high energy and needs to learn to listen to cues for her safety and well-being.

Sadie LOVES children and we would love to place her in a family with kids over 8 who are dog savvy. Sadie loves to crawl into bed with kids at night and cuddle close. Sadie would also benefit from having dog friends as she has grown up with several dogs in her foster home and she loves to play around with her friends especially when no one is home.

Sadie is a fun-loving, high-energy, child-loving dog who will make an excellent companion for a dog-savvy family who has the time for a companion and the commitment to work with a trainer.

Sadie has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
