Charlie and Sally

Silky Terrier and Yorkie-Schnauzer

Are you seeking two love bug lapdogs that are so sweet you just want to spend all day with them?

Meet Charlie and Sally.

Charlie and Sally have been together all of Charlie's life.

Charlie is approximately 8 years old and Sally is approx 9-10. Both dogs are up to date on their vaccines and both have received extensive dental cleanings and tooth extractions on 3.24.22. Both dogs do require daily grooming and regular professional grooming to keep their coats in good shape.

Charlie is a very friendly, outgoing boy who is a Silky Terrier.

Charlie thrives on being loved and touched. He was very close to his human woman before she passed away and he is seeking someone he can be close to.

Sally is a very calm girl. She is a Yorkshire Terrier-Schnauzer mix. Sally is initially shy and cautious at first meet. She will relax and enjoy attention from you once she knows she is safe. Sally is more aloof and enjoys spending most of the day laying on the couch. She also knows how to use the doggy door. She’s fine with other dogs and cats. She does not like to be picked up unexpectedly. Besides that, she is a sweet little dog and would do best in a calm home. Both Charlie and Sally ride nicely in the car and look forward to their daily outings and walks with their people. We have discovered Sally loves friendly puppies and will engage them in play. Sally and Charlie will need to stay together. We tried to separate them and Charlie loses his mind and cries for her. They are very bonded, and Charlie has been with Sally his whole life.

Background:
Sally and Charlie came to us because their Human mom was in a serious car accident that left her comatose and after several months she succumbed to her injuries, leaving the dogs homeless.
What They Need:
They need to stay together for life. Charlie will lose his mind if separated from Sally. They need a human who will have time for them, spend time brushing them every day, professionally grooming them at least 4x a year, and clean their teeth. They are on a human-grade canine diet and need to stay on this highly nutritious diet for their health and vitality. They both need small critter-free homes due to their prey drive. They are both used to accessing doggie doors to go potty but Charlie has learned to bark if he needs to go out and there is no dog door.
