IKE

Ike is a sweet 10-year-old Maltese Poodle who was relinquished recently with another dog. their owner was a hoarder and died unexpectedly leaving a teenager to try to place the dogs. 

Ike came to us underweight, and with a benign tumor on his lower jaw that affected his ability to eat. That tumor has been removed, he has had a complete dental, and is up to date on his vaccines. Ikes diet is awesome and the increased nutrition and calories have led to weight gain, improved energy, and vitality, new fur growth, wagging tails, and showing his lovebug personality.

Ike has become a new dog under the wonderful care of his foster mom and he is ready to meet people and find his forever family. His favorite things are laps, eating, going for a walk or car ride, more lap time, and snuggles while watching a movie. he does well with other dogs, but seems to prefer to be an only dog where he can receive the love and attention denied him his entire life. Ike had been in survival mode most of his life and he is soaking in the love he receives.  we are looking for a human who will continue to dote on him and show him humans can be good and life can be awesome.

All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
