DANTE Dante is a puppy born to Maggie on Easter Sunday. Maggie's humans tossed her over the shelter fence on Saturday nite causing her to give birth. The shelter found her outside, but in the shelter yard on Easter morning going into labor. The foster did a DNA test on one of the puppies and they listed these main breeds: Nova scotia Duck trolling retriever-Poodle-Fox terrier-Pekingese. he is the colour of the Duck trolling retriever and the only one with a medium coat. Dante is super friendly and loving. Dante has been in foster care growing up healthy and happy with his siblings and their mum. If you do not already have a dog, we would love for him to stay with his mother and have them adopted together, OR, he will need a small breed, youngish adult dog to have for a mentor and to grow up with. Rompin Paws Rescue DOES NOT adopt puppies as only dogs. Dante has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition for him and his new buddies. To apply to adopt Dante, he has a $625.00 adoption fee. All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. http://rompinpawsrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/
