Background:
Kasper came to us from a Shelter in California that took him off the streets as a starving and sick stray. He had a lung infection that has long passed.
What Kasper Needs: Kasper is a high-energy puppy who will benefit from doggie friend(s). He really needs a mentor dog to show him the way and to be his BFF. He also needs a loving person or persons who will dote on him. Kasper does Ok with the fosters cat. He is curious but has not chased. Kasper is loving, friendly, playful and adorable. he will bean awesome BFF doggie companion. Other dogs help him see what being a dog means, (he spent weeks in a cat cage in the shelter when he was so little) Kasper will do best with people who work from home or are retired so he receives the one-on-one attention, and training he deserves.

Kasper has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition for him and his new buddies. To apply to adopt Kasper, he has a $595.00 adoption fee.
