Female Approx 2.5-3 years old
15lbs Min Pin-Italian Greyhound Mix

Sweet and loving Ebony is super loyal and protective of her people but she is learning to socialize and trust new people with a confident handler and structure.
She can be sassy when meeting strangers but she is ALL bluff. She acts big and bad but doesn’t do anything if you pet her, she just acts like she would nip and then decides she would rather be friends.  She was with me originally and we had none of the behaviors.

Her foster has some anxiety and insecurities and Ebony feels like it’s her role to protect her or make her feel safe.
Ebony does prefer jumping on your lap to being picked up. She really likes children that are gentle and kind to her.
She is dog friendly and gains confidence from other dogs.
She LOVES going on walks and car rides.

Ebony’s owner passed away and she was left in the home for quite some time before she was discovered. She needs some patience as she continues to heal from that loss and trauma.
She has a big heart tho and is ready to start a new life with a new mom or dad or family.

How to apply to adopt Ebony

Ebony has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
