Mayci

Mayci is a sweet, albeit shy at first, 1-2-year-old Terrier mix of 7 pounds.

Mayci was seen on the side of the road one dark nite a couple of months ago in a desert 70 Miles from the nearest town in Baja Sur Mexico. When the finder pulled over, she went straight to them. Mayci came to us through our Mexican-based rescue partner-Stray Paws Loreto. 

It was determined she was dumped there due to the location. it likely just happened. She was healthy and in good shape.

Mayci is now spayed and up to date on all of her vaccines. she is initially shy until she knows you are friendly and she is safe, then she opens up and adores cuddles. Mayci is small at only 7 pounds and her ideal weight is 7.5. Rompin Paws Rescue is seeking a small breed experienced adult(s) to give Mayci a forever lovin family.  she is still being trained to a harness and lead so having a fenced yard for her safety is a must. she will be a bolting risk her first few weeks until she knows she is "home" and her adopters are truly her family.

How to apply to adopt Mayci

Mayci has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
