Shiro Aki
Is a Miniature White Shiba Inu. This sweet girl is a little older and unfortunately at 8 years of age, she had puppies in August. I suspect she may have been a breeding dog dumped when her body started to give out.
We Have Named Her Shiro Aki (White Autumn)
Shiro needs a quiet, calmer Forever home with a yard to explore. Shiro is still underweight so she will need someone to feed her small meals 3x a day so she can put on more muscle and fill in a bit more. Shiro loves to go for walks and to sit calmly on a lap for pets and brushing.
We would like to get her in a calm home since it's a bit chaotic here at the rescue and she cannot handle being bumped and pushed around by the younger, stronger dogs. Her body needs a rest. she loves to be talked to and will listen intently. Shiro wants to be close at nite. She does get cold easily and a lightweight indoor jacket helps.

Shiro Aki has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition for her and her new buddies. To apply to adopt Shiro Aki she has a $495.00 adoption fee.
