Luna

Is a sweet, happy, playful, and loving 11-month-old female Pug-Border Terrier puppy who adores Everyone! She has a shiny black medium-length coat with a white chest and is the only pup with shorter terrier legs in her litter. Luna begins meeting people with a shy demeanor. Once she knows she can trust you, she is a cuddle bunny.  Luna seems to do well when she is around 1-2 other dogs, so a family with at least one dog-friendly pup dog would be ideal. Having a mentor dog to teach her everything is okay would benefit Luna's growth and well-being. Luna loves to run with her foster buddies in the big play yard at the rescue. She seeks out love and attention and loves to be held close. She will make an excellent walking companion everywhere you go, dog, and would excel at agility training. Lunma is energetic and needs a fenced yard for play with her dog friends.  She has not yet been trained to a harness and lead, but will pick up the skills easily. 

Luna has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble instead of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate their adopters on proper diet and nutrition for her. To apply to adopt Luna, she has a $595.00 adoption fee.  All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. We ask that you please fill out the online application using this link.  Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible. All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
