Oliver

He is a Gorgeous 3-year-old blue Merle Rat Terrier and Chihuahua mix boy. Oliver came to us because he was returned to the shelter by his adopters, who incorrectly introduced him to men he was terrified of.                         Oliver may have been abused, hence his fear. He is incredible with women and very open, cuddly, loving, and playful. Oliver is curious, loves to follow his person around, and is an excellent lap dog. He knows "up" and will extend his front legs to be picked up. He loves to be held and carried and will fall asleep in my arms. Oliver needs a female-only household and people who will protect him when males come to visit or work by placing him in a pen or a quiet space where he can feel safe and not be forced to interact outside his comfort zone.

Beau has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition for his and his new buddies. 

To apply to adopt Oliver, he has a $595.00 September "clear the rescue" adoption fee. All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
