Is a lovely, shy young 1-year-old Chihuahua-Terrier mix.

Sara and her puppy Nala were dropped into the street as their male owner left town for good. A big-hearted local picked them up and took them to the vet until a rescue could intercede on their behalf.

Sarah and Nala will be en route to Rompin Paws Rescue on the first of October. We are posting them now to gauge interest in a forever home for one or both of them together so they won't be in a chaotic rescue for very long.

Sara is small, in the 7-10 pound range, docile, loving, and a little scared right now as she has no idea what is going on. We are seeking a committed person or family that understands that owning a dog is a lifetime commitment, not until you get bored, move, or have a family. Someone who is financially stable and can afford excellent food, vet care, and all that pet ownership entails.

The next step is a meet and greet if a match can be made. Please use a computer, as tablets and cell phones will drop the application. Sara has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble instead of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition.

She has a $595.00 adoption fee .. All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link. All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
