FROSTY Frosty was found as a stray at 4PM on a dark December afternoon running in the middle of the road. His fur was so long and matted he was blinded. a good Samaritan and others stopped their cars to get him to safety at the shelter that was right there on the same road. Thus began Frosty's change in fortune.
