Nellie Nellie is a 9-week-old puppy rescued with his brother Ziggy after ICE Raids left many dogs homeless in Fresno, California. Nellie is somewhat shy. She is sweet, playful, and gorgeous. She needs another small breed dog in the home to guide and mentor him, and to be his forever best friend. Nellie and Ziggy were placed into a shelter at 4 weeks and lived in a cage until they were almost 9 weeks old. They need love and guidance. Nellie is sweet, playful, bashful, adventurous, thrilled to be free and playing in the sun, and will make an excellent companion for someone who has time, energy, and another small dog to mentor Nellie.
