Rompin Paws Rescue Presents...

Brandon was picked up by a California animal control officer at the age of 4 weeks. No one told us the story of why they had this 4 week old puppy, but we were called in to take him in as we specialize in young puppies.  By the time he arrived, he was almost 5 weeks old and full of fire. I could not believe how young he was. 

Brandon has been handled and loved immensely for the past 3 months and he is an absolute Joy.

We are told he is a mix, possibly with Mastiff, but he could well be a purebred. We don't know as he is our first Sharpei puppy.  Sharpeis have three kinds of coats. Brandon has what is called a "Horsehair" coat, meaning that it is coarser and he will have less wrinkles as an adult, be more athletic and studier build, but be somewhat sensitive to the cold.

Brandon Fu Chou is a beautiful brindle, with the cutest black nose.  He has some wrinkles and right now, he has just a few in his face and head. He is now 4 months old and has graduated puppy school and started preK for Puppies when his adoptive family had a situation and due to no fault of his own, Gunny has come back to the rescue.

Brandon has a lot  personality. He is very aware of his environment and of people. He loves to engage with his humans and is quite a sharp little guy. he has trained easily for housebreaking and with obedience classes, he has learned so much. He loves his classes so we want his new family to continue them with him. . He listens intently and will probably learn a lot of english words,  We don't expect Brandon to be here long, he is just so special.

One word of caution, supposedly Sharpeis can have some health issues. This little guy is strong as an ox and we have fed him only the best dehydrated and freeze dried raw foods and goat milk. If kept on this high quality diet, he should stay pretty darn healthy and live a long life.

All Animals are current on Vaccinations, spayed or neutered if age appropriate, microchipped, dewormed, deflea if required, General wellness exams (with health certificates if brought in from out of state).
