Kaya was dropped off at the shelter after a local woman was giving 4 week old puppies away from a box. A little girl took one home and her mom turned Kaya in. She was sent to us to raise. We integrated her with a mom and her 3 week old puppies and all has gone well.

Kaya is 9 weeks of age on October 17th. She will have had 2 sets of puppy shots by then, has been dewormed, flea treated and had a wellness exam for health.  She is ready for her new home and her Puppy manners class.

Kaya is a cuddle bug, shows a strong intelligence, and has a lot of energy. She is eating well and loves goat milk. She plays well with her foster siblings and her foster mom adores her.  

 We were told that she is a German Shepard mix, she seems to have a few breeds in her, so  we think she will be a sweet mutt with some German Shepard traits, like her intelligence, sturdy build and bravery. 

Kaya will do well as a second dog and companion since she loves all the dogs she meets and immediately wants to play.  

Attending puppy manners, puppy kindergarten, advanced training and the Good canine Citizen course are required as part of the adoption. Kaya is intelligent and will train easily.
