Chase was turned into the shelter and mislabeled a Dachshund. He is actually a Gorgeous, soft, German Shepard and Shar Pei puppy who has the traits of both breeds. He talks and cries when held which is typical of a SharPei, they love to tell you how they feel. Chase is sharp, smart and alert like a German shepard and has the colouring, long Nose and fur of the German Shepard puppy. He has the cutest ears and is so soft and sweet. This guy is a heart breaker,. he is sooo sweet, a cuddler, wants to be a lap dog and is so happy to finally be out of the shelter, he gently whimpers as he is held close. We are just getting to know chase, but he seems very smart and easy to train. He likes all the dogs here in the rescue and loves to play, so Chase will do well as an addition to a home that has one or more dogs already. This boy has it all, Brains , intelligence and stamina. He would also do well on long walks and trail hiking. come get him quick, we don't expect Chase to be here very long.
