Taz is one of three puppies born to Electra whom we rescued while pregnant. Spencer is a total lovebug puppy. He rolls on his back when playing and loves to have his tummy and chest gently rubbed. Spencer is only 3.5 lbs at 8 weeks, so no children under age 10 because they might hurt him. Spencer is a handsome little guy who loves everyone. He will do best as a second dog, as he is very social and loves to play with the 11 dogs he is fostered with. Spencer will be a smaller dog at approx 15-18lbs. He is neutered, chipped and is receiving his puppy vaccinations.
