Jasper

 Jasper is Approx. Approx 4-5 months old Border Collie Mix.  Jasper is 25 lbs of pure love. A very Gentle soul who wants to hang out with his human BFF.

Jasper is an awesome, fun loving dog who aims to please. he really loves attention, hugs, and playing outdoors. We have started his leash training, he will need to continue that.  He is housebroken and uses the doggie door at the rescue and has been using the peepads when indoors, if he cannot get outside. What a very special boy Jasper is.

Jasper would make an excellent boat dog and out door running and hiking companion. he does well with dogs his size but is a little rough with smaller puppies and w/small dogs he is picky about who he likes (barkers annoy him) 

Jasper being already @ 4 months old, will need to be enrolled into a dog training course as soon as he is adopted. We have begun his housebreaking and basic commands, such as sit, stay and down. Jasper is a quick learner who is eager to please.  Jasper does not like loud noises and may have had a bad experience, but motorcycles, loud engines etc.. scare him. he has been fine here at the rescue where it is quiet.

If you have time, energy and the willingness to train a growing puppy, Jasper will be an awesome companion and watch dog. We expect him to be in the 45-50lb range.

Jasper is neutered, Up to date on vaccines, dewormed, treated for parasites, had a heartworm test (negative), microchipped, Health certificate and ready to go home with his new family 

His adoption fee is $475.00 and covers all of his vetting/chip/health certificate, parasite control, heartworm test and neutering.
