Buddy Boy was found on the streets of Bakersfield California and an owner was searched for for a month and none was found. He had no collar or chip. The person who found him reached out for us to take him into Rescue. Buddy is an awesome dog!  He is fun and playful. he loves toys and fetching. He thinks car rides are great and loves to look out the window. 

Buddy is such a sweet guy. he has Personality plus. Buddy has done excellent with all dogs in the rescue, both adults and puppies. However that being said, he was in a trial adoption and we have learned that he prefers to be an only dog. His experiences have made him want to be the no. 1 and have as much love and attention as he can attain.

He shy's from aggression and just wants to be everyone's friend. He would do quite well on short hikes and going wherever you go. He would do well as an RV travel dog, as he is curious and loves to explore. We recommend a family where there is someone home a lot for Buddy, such as a work from home member or be able to go to work with you.

Buddy is super loving and friendly, a lap dog, very intelligent and trains easily, eager to please and so ready to have a home he can call his own.

Buddy is neutered, up to date on vaccines, been treated for worms and all parasites, had a health exam and given a health certificate. buddy eats dehydrated and freeze dried dog foods and is thriving on them, he has a gorgeous glossy coat. come and meet this boy, we don't expect him to be here long
